I captured this image of Golden Light Through The Trees while I was traveling through Yosemite National Park. While we were camping in the Yosemite valley 3 inches of snow coated the hills and the valley floor. In this image, I like the low golden light that is coming in through the tree. The peaks of the Yosemite valley are capped in snow.
I photographed this image using the Nikon FG 20 film camera with a roll of Ektar 100 speed film. I was working with a 28 mm manual focus lens. I photographed most of the images that I included in my working with film a book while I was in the Yosemite Valley.

The landscape of the Yosemite Valley is very easy to photograph. The distances and angles of the objects on the horizon are easy to photograph. A 50mm lens will fit the composition of a photo frame. There are a few photo art exhibits in the shops around the Yosemite Valley. I stopped at a photo exhibit of Ansel Adams artwork created in the Yosemite Valley and the surrounding mountains 100 years ago.
