Happy birthday to Marina Hansen

This photograph of Marina Hansen was taken on a hillside in Maui near a coffee plantation. I took this photo using a long exposure of less than one second. This allowed me to capture the illumination on Marina’s face from the light of the camera and the light from the stars in the night sky. This hillside in Maui was one of our preferred locations to photograph images of the night sky. Happy birthday to Marina Hansen

 This image was photographed in mid-November.
