Alabama hills in southern California
The Alabama Hills and the Sierra Nevada’s are a very surreal location p.m. in Southern California. The east side of the Sierras as a stark contrast to the green valleys of western California near the coast.
This image was photographed early in the morning looking at the magenta colors of the sunrise cast onto the snowcapped hills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. This way long time has been one of my favorite landscape photographs and it remains in my portfolio of images
